Repair the component store by using the Dism RestoreHealth command, or manually repair by using a payload from the partially installed component. In an elevated Command Prompt window, run these commands: Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth Sfc.exe /Scannow Restart the device.
